Bach Society of Minnesota’s associate artistic director Marco Real-d’Arbelles and spoken word artist and hip hop composer See More Perspective present a collaborative concert called Seeds of Culture: Baroque Time Travel Hip Hop. Seeds of Culture mixes Hip Hop and Classical Baroque music in a program that explores what happens when the two genres cross each other’s borders. The concert includes pieces by Monteverdi, Charpentier, and Rameau and will serve as the inspiration for See More’s creations and samples. Joining See More and Marco on stage are vocalists Elena Stabile and Katherine Parent; lute and guitars by Phillip Rukavina; and Rie Tanaka on piano.
